April 16–Penne for Your Thoughts: Pasta Making

Who says you shouldn’t play with your food? With this workshop, you’ll use your hands as the ultimate tools to roll, pinch, and shape a variety of pasta styles from scratch. Together, you’ll become "flavor detectives," using your instincts to spice up custom sauces. We’ll explore the magic of fresh versus canned ingredients, teaching each other how to balance flavors to create the perfect bowl. It’s a delicious way for big and little chefs to "shape" new memories and discover that dinner is always better when you make it together!
5:30-7:30 p.m.

Together Workshops Hero Ice Cream

May 14–Sizzle & Freeze: Sliders and Ice Cream

Get ready for a culinary experiment where science meets sizzle! This workshop goes behind the scenes of your favorite summer treats. You’ll become a "Kitchen Scientist" duo, exploring how simple changes in technique can completely transform texture and flavor.

Together, you’ll discover why "whipped" feels different than "creamy" and how a splash of acid can make a dish go from "okay" to "wow!" You and your partner will take turns leading the way as you grill up savory sliders and churn custom ice cream. It’s a delicious deep-dive into the why behind the yum—perfect for curious kids and grown-ups alike!
